Rock & Flower Health & Wellness’ unique team is comprised of coaches who work one on one who support with coaching, and a body of experienced health professionals whose goal is to support Rock & Flower with strategic guidance, and helping to deliver evidence-based wellness solutions that empower our clients to achieve lasting health transformations.
Dr. Jazmin Letamendi
Dr. Jazmin Letamendi has spent over a dozen years in higher education, mentoring and coaching current and aspiring professionals of all walks of life, on their growth journey. Jazmin in addition to higher education and program development, she has worked in the fields of health and human services, across several states, including California, Utah, New York, and Florida. Jazmin’s passion areas are supporting mothers on their journeys as new moms, including the pregnancy, birthing experience, postpartum recovery, family planning, positive mindset and habit formation. Jazmin holds a PhD in conflict resolution, a master of science in the humanities and social sciences, and a bachelors degree in anthropology. Jazmin also completed a certificate program in health and wellness coaching from Loma Linda University’s School of Public Health. Aside from running Rock & Flower, Jazmin enjoys being a mom to her 4 children, hiking, yoga and traveling.
Founder, Coach
Dr. Carl Letamendi
Dr. Letamendi (“Dr. Carl”) is a seasoned professional in the field of public health and human services who has worked at the federal, state and local levels in Florida, Washington DC, New York, Utah and California. He is also a health and wellness coach, and founder of RFHWC. His interest interest in maternal, perinatal and family wellness is grounded in his experience delivering one of his kids unexpectedly, and managing the situation with calmness, focus, and logic. Dr. Carl is also a college professor, teaching personal finance, corporate finance and business math. Academically, Dr. Carl earned his PhD in conflict resolution with a partial emphasis in crisis management, an MPH in public health practice, an MBA in finance, a health and wellness coaching certificate from Loma Linda University School of Public Health, and an array of certificates across many health related topics, including diabetes, epidemiology, and community health.
Founder, Coach
Originally from Chicago and now based in South Florida, Dr. Falcone is a hospital pharmacist and registered nurse with a strong foundation in bedside nursing and acute care medicine. He has experience working across several functional areas including step-down, telemetry, oncology, and medical-surgical units, and has worked in several well-known health systems, including Bethesda Hospital, JFK Hospital, and Jupiter Medical Center. Dr. Falcone supports Rock & Flower with his comprehensive, patient-centered perspective approach to medication management and clinical decision making, as well as his commitment and passion in pharmacotherapy.

Michael Otero
Michael Otero is a military veteran and nurse, who has worked in the medical field since 2004. He has worked at several award-winning and nationally reknown health care systems, including Memorial Healthcare System, Broward Health Medical Center and Cleveland Clinic. Michael’s current focus area is cardiac progressive care. Michael’s health and wellness philosophy for families includes maintaining a healthy diet, a healthy heart, exercising and leading an overall healthy lifestyle, and of course, preserving cardiovascular health. He enjoys helping to encourage a positive family dynamic, being there for those who don’t have support, and uplifting vulnerable populations.

Nicole Rodriguez
Nicole Rodriguez is a Registered Nurse in the states of Florida and Michigan. She holds two degrees from Florida Atlantic University: B.A. in Women's Studies and B.S. in Nursing. Nicole is currently a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association, whose mission is to illuminate holism in nursing practice, community, advocacy, research, and education. Nicole is currently enrolled in Oakland University's Family Nurse Practitioner Master's program. She supports Rock & Flower through her commitment to empowering women and her passion in improving access to preventative care.
Karen is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in healthcare client relations and operational management. With a strong background in coordinating complex schedules and managing high-level administrative functions, she ensures that the internal operations of Rock & Flower run smoothly and efficiently. Karen is known for her attentive and human-centered approach to customer service, prioritizing clear and timely communication to ensure every client interaction is positive. Her expertise in streamlining processes and her commitment to supporting the wellness team allow Rock & Flower to deliver a seamless, professional experience for all clients.
